Strong European projects do not start with a call for proposals. They start with a real need, a clear understanding of the people affected, and a credible idea for change.
This six-day learning experience explores how social and educational challenges can be transformed into well-designed European projects with clear objectives, strong partnerships and measurable impact.
Participants move through the full project-development cycle: from needs analysis, stakeholder mapping and intervention logic to proposal design, partnership building, budgeting, implementation, monitoring and sustainability.
In Brussels, participants can explore how European priorities are developed and translated into programmes, funding opportunities and projects, while engaging with the wider EU policy and stakeholder ecosystem.

What you take home.
Six days, Monday to Saturday. An outline, not a fixed timetable — KMOP trainers adapt the programme to the group.
Learning beyond the classroom is a core part of KMOP's KA1 approach. Alongside the professional programme, participants have the opportunity to experience the culture, history and everyday life of their host destination.
Guided or self-guided experiences introducing participants to the history, neighbourhoods and contemporary life of the host city.
Visits to selected museums, exhibitions, cultural centres and heritage sites.
Exchange with KMOP project teams, civil society organisations, education providers, public bodies, networks and European cooperation professionals.
Brussels programmes may include visits and meetings connected with the European policy and institutional ecosystem.
Opportunities to experience local culture, food, public spaces and community life.
Informal opportunities to connect with participants from across Europe and continue professional exchange outside the formal sessions.
Training, practical project-development workshops and exchange with professionals involved in designing and delivering European initiatives.
Training combined with insight into the European policy environment, funding priorities, stakeholder engagement and international networking.
A combined mobility connecting European priorities and policy environments with real project design and implementation.

Transparent, Erasmus+ compatible
Course fees are eligible under Erasmus+ KA1 funding. Self-funded participants are equally welcome.

The practical details.
Participants who complete the required learning activities receive a KMOP Certificate of Attendance. Where applicable, KMOP can also support the preparation of Europass Mobility documentation together with the sending organisation.
The programme is designed as a six-day learning experience. The schedule shown above is indicative. Trainers may adapt individual sessions to the group's professional profile, learning needs and previous experience. Professional visits are subject to the availability and safeguarding requirements of the organisations involved. The final programme is shared with participants before travel.
The course is designed for professionals working in education, training, youth and related support settings. Participants do not need previous specialist knowledge. The programme is based on active participation, professional exchange and reflection on real working contexts.
Any case material used during the programme is presented in a way that protects privacy and confidentiality. Participants are not given access to identifiable information relating to children, young people or service users.
The exact outputs are adapted to the group and its professional context.
Structured training with defined learning outcomes, active learning methods and experienced KMOP professionals.
Visits to services, organisations and real working environments. Participants observe practice, meet professionals and explore how social and educational initiatives are implemented.
Peer learning with professionals and participants from across Europe, combining case-based learning, discussion and reflection.
Participants translate what they have learned into practical tools, action plans and approaches they can use in their own organisations.
