From awareness to action.
Bullying and cyberbullying do not stop at the classroom door. They affect wellbeing, participation, relationships and the wider learning community.
This six-day learning experience equips educators and professionals with practical tools to recognise, prevent and respond to bullying and cyberbullying, while building safer and more supportive learning environments.
The course draws directly on KMOP's long-standing work with children, parents and educators and on the Live Without Bullying initiative, which has supported more than 45,000 people in Greece.
Participants work with real-life scenarios, prevention and intervention approaches, online-safety challenges and whole-organisation strategies. The programme combines structured training with case-based learning, professional exchange and practical reflection.

What you take home.
Six days, Monday to Saturday. An outline, not a fixed timetable — KMOP trainers adapt the programme to the group.
Learning beyond the classroom is a core part of KMOP's KA1 approach. Alongside the core programme, participants can experience Athens through selected cultural and social activities.
Meet practitioners working in education, prevention, psychosocial support and social inclusion.
A visit to a relevant organisation or learning environment, depending on availability and group profile.
Time to explore the city's cultural heritage and contemporary social environment.
An informal opportunity to connect with participants from different European countries and exchange professional experiences.
Courses are organised on selected weeks throughout the year and confirmed based on demand and trainer availability. Group dates can also be agreed directly with our team.

The practical details.
Participants who complete the required learning activities receive a KMOP Certificate of Attendance. Where applicable, KMOP can also support the preparation of Europass Mobility documentation together with the sending organisation.
The programme is designed as a six-day learning experience. The schedule shown above is indicative. Trainers may adapt individual sessions to the group's professional profile, learning needs and previous experience. Professional visits are subject to the availability and safeguarding requirements of the organisations involved. The final programme is shared with participants before travel.
The course is designed for professionals working in education, training, youth and related support settings. Participants do not need previous specialist knowledge. The programme is based on active participation, professional exchange and reflection on real working contexts.
Any case material used during the programme is presented in a way that protects privacy and confidentiality. Participants are not given access to identifiable information relating to children, young people or service users.
The exact outputs are adapted to the group and its professional context.
Structured training with defined learning outcomes, active learning methods and experienced KMOP professionals.
Visits to services, organisations and real working environments. Participants observe practice, meet professionals and explore how social and educational initiatives are implemented.
Peer learning with professionals and participants from across Europe, combining case-based learning, discussion and reflection.
Participants translate what they have learned into practical tools, action plans and approaches they can use in their own organisations.
