The KMOP experience
Learning beyond the classroom.
Our KA1 activities combine training, peer exchange, case-based learning, visits to services, meetings with professionals and practical reflection — in Athens, in Brussels, or through a combined policy-and-practice mobility.
Learn
Structured training with defined learning outcomes, active learning methods and experienced KMOP professionals.
Experience
Visits to services, organisations and real working environments. Participants observe practice, meet professionals and explore how social and educational initiatives are implemented.
Exchange
Peer learning with professionals and participants from across Europe, combining case-based learning, discussion and reflection.
Apply
Participants translate what they have learned into practical tools, action plans and approaches they can use in their own organisations.
